Edgar the host was great. His communication was quick and when needed. The home was very clean and spacious (love the kitchen granite countertops )

House was extremely clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! Close to multiple places to eat and the highway! Host communicated well!

Our stay was in a great location for the purpose of our visit. The beds were really comfortable. House was clean. The house could use more furnishing and the floor replaced in the master bedroom. This is all cosmetic though. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, stay was good. This property is very well located close to shops and restaurants. We stayed at this property specifically to go to Mirada Lagoon which is less than 15 minutes away. Things we noticed about this property and suggestions: the outside is not well-maintained, the lawn looks like it hadn’t been cut in weeks. The fans in all three rooms need to be updated in size to actually provide airflow to the room. One of the fans in one of the rooms is actually laughable in the size. There are no TVs in two of the three bedrooms. The floor in the master bedroom needs to be updated, as well as the towel holder in the master bathroom looks like it was broken off the wall.
