The condo was great. It was close to everything we needed. Just a few blocks away from Hwy 51 so very easy to get around. The condo complex was very clean, the pool and hot tub were a great option that we used daily. Our host was fantastic. We had an issue in one of the bathrooms and our host Alyona was quick to respond and had the issue fix right away, couldn't ask for anything better then that. Will come back next time we are in Phoenix

The unit was not really move in ready. I had to call on some things. The unit was not cleaned very well. One bathroom shower was dirty(permanent paint stain on the shoer basin) with a bad shower head. The fridge had some old stuff/stains in the freezer that had to be cleaned out. If it was not a discounted rate this property would have been over priced. The furniture was old and one bed was on a box spring and on the floor. The location was great. The property owners contact was somewhat helpful.
