Relaxed, friendly , helpful staff, the clean pool. Location great for town. Loads of choice for breakfast. Spacious, well equipped room. You can borrow bikes to ride to other places.
Evening menu seemed fairly rigid and we werent keen on some parts of the courses.

Well placed with great view of the lake.Room with balcony was ideal.The staff were friendly and always ready to help.
The grounds and swimming pool were perfect to spend time relaxing.
Breakfasts were extremely good and the barbecue evening most enjoyable. Very close to the ferry pier and buses so convenient for travel around the lake.

Wow - what a perfect few days we had staying at this hotel.
Every area of the hotel was clean, spacious and felt welcoming.
The staff (all of them - reception, catering, cleaning, spa) were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were really engaged in any conversations we had.
Our room had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and had a lovely little terrace overlooking the lake. The bed in particular was very comfy and massive!
The bathroom was great too and stocked with everything you would need, including some lovely local soaps!
Breakfast was really nice with lots of options and I cannot think of anything that was missing. The timings were good too and it was the perfect way to start your day.
We also had lunch and dinner on one occasion and everything was just lovely!
The pool area was really nice, plenty of space for everyone and there is table service if you need it.
In terms of location, it is the perfect spot. Just a 5 min walk into town, including the ferry jetty
Ideal place if you wanted to just stay at the hotel, go into town, or just use as a base for exploring other towns around Lake Garda.
If we ever come back to Garda, there is nowhere else we would rather stay!

The space for my daughter at the door for sleeping has no air conditioning so I need to move her bed in the main room to sleep with us
