My girlfriend and I were staying in Chrispy for 4 days and everything was excellent, from beyond helpful receptionists (they allowed us to put our bags until our flight late in the evening even tho we went to Heraklion for two days after stay in Chania) to excellent location near the Chania center. Huge recommendation if you are coming to Chania :)
nothing, but be ready to find a parking on the street for potentially 15+ minutes

10/10 the best I can say about this hotel, all the hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast great. The hotel is very well cared for and maintained. I would especially like to praise the maid who cleans the room when we return to the room, it looks as if we just entered for the first time, the room is cleaned very thoroughly. Kudos to the whole hotel and thank you for everything

The staff is exceptional! The facilities... ugh....not great. The location is very good.
Shower very old, the room is small and so is the bathroom

The location is the best, close to the main bus station, the port area, restaurants.
The rooms are very basic and could use a sprucing up.
