SILQ Bangkok

We stayed in the Chiffon Studio (With Balcony) on the 15th floor and stayed for 2 nights. The view was very nice. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The washer/dryer was very convenient and worked perfectly. We had a problem with half of the lights not working, including in the closet room. Hotel staff were quick to respond and fixed the circuit that caused the problem. The drain in the shower room seemed to be clogged, as it took hours to drain, but fortunately didn't overflow into the rest of the bathroom. The hotel staff sent us a very nice note apologizing for the inconvenience along with a lovely fruit plate, which we appreciated. All hotel staff were very nice and helpful. There is an excellent breakfast with many options. The location is very good, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The lobby was beautiful but had a very strong perfume scent that irritated my nose. Dialing that back a little would be great. It would still smell good but not be overwhelming.

How clean & well located it was, the staff gave great service.

Modern, gym, onsen, breakfast, apartment-all superb. Same w staff except reception (see below)

Reception hit and miss w service provided for some things- sometimes dropped the ball so I sorted elsewhere (room hiccups for eg ), But check in and out, billing, presentation, professionalism all v good Location not so great for my Hospital

Location was very nice, very comfortable bed and Japanese toilet! Tested the restaurant for breakfast and diner and both are excellent 👌🏻

Swimming pool: we were missing the deep section in the pool. Especially for taller persons this is nice. We didn’t like the accessible balcony on the 21st floor.
