Amazing location, good contact with the owner, cosy, but very spacious place with a nice view
Uncomfortable mattresses(especially in one room), the apartment would use some small refresh and the hallway/stairs need proper renovation.

La posizione nel cuore di Ortigia
Non era 1 piano ma un bel 2 piano con deem belle rampe di scale

Really spacious and very close to car parks - really good instructions for access.
We did have a few issues - no bedside lamps and WiFi not great. Absolutely not the fault of the property manager or owner, but it was very much a party weekend whilst we were there, and we literally may as well have been sleeping in da club until the music stopped around 1am. So if you’re sensitive to noise, it might not be a great location for you depending on the time of year.
