New building, good new furniture, quite a nice view out of the window, especially at sunset.
Close to city center - about 15 min walk or 1 stop on the nearby public transport.
Lidl is a 5 min walk away.
Unfortunately very noisy due to nearby buildings still being finished (which will eventually stop), but also due to a close busy road and railway (which wont stop).
Neighbours can be heard quite audibly too.
Mattres is not very good, I expect it to become lumpy and uncomfortable very soon.
