We got a small but bright room with a very comfortable bed and pillows and linen smelling clean, crisp, airy, and fresh :) We had a window opening onto a terrace with an umbrella and table/chairs. It must be so pleasant to sit there with a cup of coffee early in the morning. The guesthouse is located 2 minutes walk from the old town walls, next to bus station, couple of beaches and many shops / restaurants nearby. Excellent location. Warm and comfortable stay. I would like to thank the Lady, who runs the house, for our very late check in (around 2:30 am :( ) as well as for allowing us to leave our luggage at the guesthouse after the checkout . Very nice of her .

- It seemed to me, that there was а poor communication between the owner (or agency) and the lady , who manages the housekeeping. We were trying to get information about a very late check-in possibility (as we got a message from the airline about our flight being late) from the guesthouse. I sent them messages, tried to contact them on whatsapp for days. Zero answer. I had to contact the booking.com customer care and they managed to get through to the agency in Australia and got their confirmation, that any time is OK for check-in. But when me and my daughter arrived late at night, we were ringing the bell for many times until the lady opened the door. She was not informed about our late arrival, moreover she had NO idea about our arrival. She even asked us to show her our booking confirmation, asked where are we from and how much did we pay for the room for three nights :) That was a little bit strange :) - The kitchen, mentioned in the amenities, is just a small fridge, several plates and glasses and a kettle. It was OK for us, as we never cook during our trips . But taking into consideration the fact of Dubrovnik being OVERPRICED, someone would like to cook or warm up food. You wont be able even to boil eggs :) - Our room was on the third floor and it would have been good, if at least a small light had been always left on, since the staircase is very narrow and dark.

The location is close to the old town section of Dubrovnik. The room was clean and tidy. The host was welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom was tiny in the room we stayed in. But understandable considering the age of the place. Not suitable for large suitcases unless you book Room number 1 on the ground floor. Otherwise it's a good place to stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux, l’emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville et le logement très propre. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! 😊

Le seul petit point à noter est que la cuisine et le réfrigérateur sont partagés avec les autres voyageurs et ne sont pas privatifs. Cela reste toutefois un détail qui n’a pas gâché notre séjour.
