Beautiful lobby and bar! Great location in Arlington for a weekend getaway even if there aren’t any MLB or NFL games. Comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom
Valet parking was a little slow due to no way to text or call ahead - not sure if that is always the case

The ease of mobile check in, the valet and the view in my room
The food lodged in one of the chairs in my room. The dust on the clocks and top of bed. The bed was very uncomfortable but the pillows were nice.

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful for checking in.
I did ask for a microwave to warm some food and there were none available. The front staff asked if I could warm my food(I purchased from Farena the night before) at Farena or the cafe.
The cafe and Farena are not able to do that for sanitary reasons and protocols. So I had no way to warm my food. Which was frustrating.
The day I was leaving the hotel the valet text was not accepting call downs at that moment. I got down to valet and had to wait 45 minutes for my vehicle and was credited for the wait.
