Fantastic location overlooking the marina and only a 30 minute walk to the old town.
Pool area was beautiful and the apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped.
Nothing 😁

Great private facility with a nice restaurant and pool.
The sofa bed didn’t work and the amenities were sparse.

Location was amazing. Near to Marina and walkable to beaches around Lapad. Couple of mins to Old Town by bus. Pool was great, but we didn't use it much as there are so many swimming spots nearby. Laundry facilities were available. Price was good.
Some noise and light outside at night,.sounded like a generator. Some of the cooking equipment could use a refresh eg knives. The Paris theme is the room made it feels a bit cheaper than if plane furniture was used.

"L’appartement était très propre, bien équipé (manque machine à café Expresso), au calme et la vue de notre chambre était splendide (vue mer et montagnes).
Je le recommande ! ♥️"
