House was pretty good with some drawbacks. Our toddler found quite a bit of trash/old toys that weren’t cleaned up. (Under tables/beds etc). Tiles in dining area/kitchen were cracked and several coming up/loose.There’s a mysterious camera/object in the living room corner that is covered in masking tape. Not sure what that’s about.(Unrelated to booking, but would be nice to have an outdoor shower/clean off spot, but nothing is close by)Couches were very comfy.The beds felt small and uncomfortable, but not unbearable.Kitchen had plenty of utensils.Overall, the place could really use some updating and repairs. It felt kind of run down and dated, but we still had a good time. None of this was a deal breaker and there’s a great ocean view. I’d say 4/5*. Not stellar, but still relaxing.

Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.The location was excellent—close to the beach but away from the busiest tourist areas. Beach access was just a short walk away, and the Gulf of America views were fantastic. The patio chairs were sturdy, comfortable, and a great place to relax while enjoying the scenery.The house had plenty of room for two couples and three kids. The layout worked well, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.The home is definitely showing its age and feels like it hasn't been updated since the 1980s. Several floor tiles were cracked and missing grout, and the stairway entrance was very dark at night. The toilets could use some maintenance, as you had to hold the handle down for a complete flush.The grills provided were pretty rough, so we ended up purchasing a grill during our stay and left it behind for future guests.The thermostat was limited to 72 degrees. Most people may be fine with that, but as a bigger guy, I prefer sleeping closer to 68.One thing future guests should know is that only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels were provided for the entire stay. For a week-long family vacation, that's a little optimistic.Despite a few maintenance issues, the property was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The beach access, Gulf views, and quieter atmosphere made for a great family vacation.

Great place. Only downside was tge steep stairs.

Very disappointed when we arrived at the cleanliness & condition of the tile floor. We had a baby and could not put him down due to food crumbs on the carpet & broken & jagged tiles. I will say the host was quick to respond and clean & repair as best they could and bought large rugs to cover the tiles so we could put the baby down. It is a great location and although this house has been a little updated it still needs lots of work. The couches are nice but the mattresses are terrible, the beach view would be great but the kitchen windows are so old you can’t see through them clearly. The A/C worked great & the kitchen is spacious. We had 7 adults & 3 small children and had plenty of room. This would be a great house if they would make much needed repairs & update a little more.
