The atmosphere, staff, and location.
I had a little issue with setting up the TV, but I figured it out.

Everything,....large Smart TVs, King Size Bed, Full Size Fridge, Dishes and cooking utensils. Great communication with the hosts. The food in all of the restaurants we good! The 24/7 mart made everything convenient!

Good location

Netflix on big tv
window of the apartment looks towards a building wall 1 m apart, place is dark and smelly, bed mat was too thin, shower kit is the level of backpacker hotels, tacky photographs looking borderline like soft porn, drinking glass not clean, shower head should be changed
