The hotel offers fantastic value for the price, with modern, well-outfitted facilities and top-notch cleanliness. The staff spoke great English, which was very helpful as a foreigner, and they went out of their way to offer to arrange a taxi and give my friend clear directions to a nearby laundromat. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was spacious and super comfy. Having a massive TV positioned right in front of the bed was great for relaxing. I also loved the designated area to take shoes off and hang coats, along with amenities like the kettle, mini-fridge, and electronic bidet toilet. Having both individual heating and AC was very convenient, and the thick doors provided excellent soundproofing from external hallway noise.

The AC unit was quite noisy throughout the night, producing a rattling and hissing sound that was a bit hard to sleep through. It definitely needed maintenance. There was also a small green light overhead glowing down onto the bed that couldn't be turned off. Additionally, the continental breakfast was a bit lacking, and having it available for only one hour in the morning is extremely short and limits flexibility for guests.

Our overall stay was fantastic! Check in/check out was very easy, location was great as it was located just a few minutes walk away from a bus stop and convenience store, and our room was in great condition. Had a comfy double bed each with a good amount of space in the room and the bathroom was very clean! Got given robes and slippers and bottles of cold water which was needed for the time of year we visited. Breakfast (toast/eggs/cereal/ramen) was included and was well appreciated.

We asked to keep our luggage stored for the day of check out and they were stored in the reception/lobby area. Would've loved if it was kept in a room out back but the hotel seemed reasonably safe and the bags were in view of the staff.
