The location of the apartment is excellent and it has a lovely outlook over greenery. The easiest way to get to the apartment is to catch the bus to the Duomo and head down the Main Street. To leave, you can walk straight down Via Corso Cavour to the funicular station.
Fredericka is an enthusiastic, wonderful host.
If you want shiny new appliances then this is not the place for you. There is everything you need though and it has clearly been a loved family home.

Frederica went out of her way to meet us on arrival. We loved our stay as it was quiet but still central. It felt very much like a home and not a holiday stay. Thanks for our stay Frederica.

Casa Vacanze Mary is a spacious house just a couple of minutes from the center of the hill-top city of Orvieto.
Federica was a excellent / welcoming host and fun person to chat with.
The spaciousness and cleanliness of the house were very welcome, with everything you would need (Wi-Fi, Kitchen facilities, Coffee Making items, T.V. Washing Machine, Bathroom items, etc.).
It was very hot during my stay in Orvieto, but the multiple fans provided kept it cool inside.
Thanks Federica for a short, but great stay!
