The host is extremely friendly, warm, and thoughtful, always communicating with great patience. The apartment is clean, with relatively new and well-functioning furniture and appliances. The area around the apartment is fully equipped, making it easy to purchase all daily necessities nearby.
Occasionally at night, there's a continuous stream of noisy traffic outside the window; it would be better if the windows were more soundproof.

Marvellous welcome after booking at late notice, following a 2-day delayed flight. Apartment immaculate and spacious with lots of generous nibbles and refreshments. Air conditioning in every room. Easy check in and out. Short walk to centre of Catania. Communication from Giovanni excellent.
Everything was above expectations. Worth knowing 2 flights or steps to get to second floor apartment.

Everything about the apartment was fabulous, it was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. We were a family of five staying in the apartment and would definitely recommend. Great location and super helpful host.
