It was clean fresh, quite had everything we needed felt safe the house keeping were so polite and kind, they let us check out an hour later as we were waiting for a train room was beautiful extra touches and effort was made it was such a lovely stay!!

Nothing it was all perfect staff house keeping all friendly and amazing all straight forward couldn’t fault it was such good value and we enjoyed most definitely be going back.

A quiet location, the room was clean and comfortable and the small fridge was useful. The water dispenser in the entrance hall was helpful too.

It was strange not having a mirror in the bathroom. Apart from the bedside cupboards there was no drawer space, a chest of drawers would have been useful and there was certainly room for one. A few more coat hangers would have been welcome as we only had 4. The carpet in hallway and stairs looked in good condition, but some doors were in need of a coat of paint. Bournemouth is quite hilly and this property is an uphill climb from the town, fine going in as it’s downhill, but buses and taxis are easily available (as is venicular for part of the day), to ease upward return.

Location was great. Room size was generous. 24hour gym and games room were good. I like how easy it was to enter the property with codes for the doors and the information for access was very clear.

I would have liked to clear out the rubbish bin daily and the bed was uncomfortable. Having a fridge in the room was nice but unfortunately it was noisy at night.
