Very good location, close to all amenities, shops and everything
The bed sheets, pillows and towels is old and worn-out it needed to provide brand new and we didn't find iron board. Other than that everything is perfect.

Stunning view, useful kitchen, safe building, great location in Cubao close to all action.
Damp smell in kitchen area (the biggest issue). Also, laud fan in the Aircon unit.
