Bodrum Vera Hotel

The staff was very nice and friendly. We had great views from our room and the pool terrace was great. Right next to the centre and close to the bus terminal without being in the middle of everything. In addition I loved having so many cats and dogs around!

Some small things: - The hotel could do with some upgrades, such as the bathroom sink or toilet seat. - The WiFi wasn't working half of the time. - It's up a small hill and with some steep staircases, not a deal breaker but to keep in mind if pregnant or carrying a buggy. The main negative was that breakfast wasn't great, especially on the second day it seemed like leftovers from the previous day.

My stay at Vera Hotel Bodrum was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The first thing that stood out was the incredible hospitality. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the 24-hour reception team was always available and more than happy to help with anything we needed. Every member of staff, including the cleaners, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. A special mention has to go to Ozzy, who was amazing from the moment we arrived until the day we left. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It’s rare to come across such genuine care and attention, and it really made a difference to our experience. The location is excellent, with Bodrum Marina just a short distance away and plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions nearby. There was always something to do. Yalıkavak was also only around a 30-minute drive away, and an Uber cost us approximately £15, which was extremely reasonable. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. It had such a relaxed and chilled atmosphere, and the staff even allowed us to connect to the speakers so that we could enjoy our own music while relaxing by the pool. The team also made my birthday incredibly special. I was surprised with a beautiful cake, flowers, and thoughtful gifts, which was such a lovely touch and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. This wasn’t just a hotel stay; it felt like staying with people who truly wanted us to have the best possible experience and created a family environment by the time we left.. We will definitely be returning, and I would highly recommend Vera Hotel Bodrum to anyone visiting the area

It is rare I have not one thing for this box. The only this is that we had to leave.

Staff were amazing, really went above and beyond and so kind and lovely to talk to, definitely made the stay! Location is also pretty central so easy to get everywhere from

Very nice friendly welcome by staff upon arrival & a great location with a nice pool. Breakfast was included which was lovely.

Booked a double bed and got put in a room with 2 x single beds. We had already settled our room tab the day before checkout but were asked to pay more upon checkout which seemed very odd & the staff couldn’t properly explain what the extra cost was for or the date. Our laundry was washed to a passable standard with stains still in clothing. We were charged 3 x washing loads for a pile that could have easily been all put in 1, or potentially 2 x machines, definitely not 3 loads.
