At the heart of the extraordinary experience in the exceptional hotel is both a great design sensitive to the location, the culture, history and a terrific staff that attends to every need. In my 65 years I have travelled many countries. Staying here belongs to one of my most memorable experiences ever.

Bel hôtel, superbe vue sur un temple, au bord du fleuve. La zone piscine est vraiment magnifique. Personnel sympathique. Jolie chambre assez grande avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et décor généralement très soigné avec de beaux objets, notamment des céramiques. Quelques touches de baroque et des versions instrumentales d'Edith Piaf en fond sonore un peu déroutantes pour le touriste français. L'hôtel met à disposition des vélos, ce qui est très pratique. On est dans la zone des temples en 10-15min, il y a des pistes cyclables et le plan en damier de la ville fait qu'on s'y repère rapidement.

Le petit déjeuner n'était objectivement pas bon. A part les tartines il y avait une seule option végétarienne (légumes décongelés sucrés avec du riz) sur une carte relativement longue (trop?) ; oeufs brouillés industriels et saucisses pour les autres. Heureusement il y avait les fruits et des toast. Décevant pour ce genre d'endroit.

Our room was incedible...size, decor, privacy and whirlpool. Loved the pool too! The staff was excellent and very responsive to our needs and offered excellent suggestions about touring and places to dine. They arranged drivers for us and kept us informed. The breakfast was incredible both in selection and quality. Just like our room, the lobby and dining were are beautifully appointed with art. We wished we'd stayed with them for a week!!

No improvements necessary....don't change a thing!!

It is an instagrammable hotel and the room is spacious.

1. There are only 4 parking spots but there are 13 guest rooms! 2. The hotel entrance is very small and there is no hotel sign on the side so it is difficult for spot the hotel gate. The reception informed that because there is only 13 guest rooms so the hotel doesn't want to have another sign to reduce the tax cost. 3. The room is big with well decoration but the bed is not comfortable. 4. Amenities are not placed for guest convenient. For example, shampoo and shower gel should be placed near shower area but they are placed at the wash basin. They look good on that spot but not convenient and functional. The mosquito repellent incense sticks is in a bathroom instead of an outdoor balcony. The room is for two guests but there is only one facial towel. 5. Breakfast menus look nice but they do not eat good. Glad that they have salad bar and fresh fruit. 6. The room next to our room is under renovation so we do not enjoy the view as much as we should. 7. There is a small swimming pool in front of our room but it's not clean and we needed to ask a stuff to clean. Still the water is not clear enough to swim. 8. Staffs are nice and friendly but no one wear facial mark. Fyi, most upscale hotels still have the mask on policy esp. staffs who cook and serve food.
