Świetna lokalizacja.Super śniadania, Życzliwy i zawsze pomocny personel
Obiekt na wysokim poziomie .Ale...
Brak informacji od Pani w recepcji że dostęp do kręgli jest płatny jak również do bilarda. Jacuzzi też dostęp płatny( chyba że pobyt wynosi więcej niż dwa dni) Taka informacja powinna być zaraz udzielana w dniu zamekdowania.Wybraliśmy pokój bez skosów . Ale otrzymalismy pokój na poddaszu gdzie były skosy. Oboje jesteśmy wysocy przy wzroście 189 cm było to trochę uciążliwe. Wstawajac z łóżka po każdej stronie był skos co nie było komfortowe.

Brak klimatyzacji troszkę doskwierał.

Staff were great, especially the reception and restaurant staff, nothing was too much trouble. The Bania Ski and Therma Baths were easily walkable from the hotel.
Housekeeping was poor, beds not made and no towel changes
