I arrived after midnight, the lady was waiting for me and I paid an extra €10 for that… no matter, the twin room was just for me, the bed clean and comfortable, good shower and quiet… nothing else required ,so I was happy after a hard days travelling.
Carpet was a bit grubby but for me that’s not a major issue

The price was good. Handy for the supermarket next door. Also a street scooter hire pickup location. Number 8 bus just outside, straight into town.
Make sure that they know if you are going to book in late, €20 sorts it out.
It's not the best accommodation, but very good for the price.
Traffic noise. No Aircon, hot night, window open, traffic light junction outside, Italian drivers pulling away, all lead to noise. BRING EAR PLUGS. I did, I was OK.

Owner was an absolute treasure, stay made a bit weirder by an odd guest walking about
