Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room offered a breathtaking view of Kazbegi Mountain — absolutely stunning and unforgettable. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made the experience feel even more special.The food was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Although we only stayed for one night, it was such a fabulous experience that we truly wished we had booked for longer.This hotel delivers on comfort and quality and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Kazbegi.

While the hotel itself was stunning, with spotless rooms and breathtaking views, I felt the service could be improved. On arrival, a couple of younger staff members were outside; one kindly held the door open, but there was no offer to help with luggage, which is usually expected. Inside, we were asked to leave our cases in reception to be taken up later, but the interaction felt a little impersonal.Dinner was lovely in terms of food quality, but the restaurant lacked atmosphere and staff engagement, which made the experience feel somewhat flat. The following morning, however, we encountered different staff — older, more mature, and noticeably more helpful. Their approach made a positive difference and showed the potential for a warmer, more welcoming service overall. In short, the hotel excels in location and facilities, but with a little more attentiveness and friendliness from staff, it could easily match the brilliance of its surroundings.

The view is very nice. Location is good.

The AC in the room was not working, it felt like inside the sauna. There is no balcony, which kills the purpose of the beautiful view, as you cannot really enjoy it from the room. The dinner was average, the staff was not very eager to engage. The bed was not bad, but not the best either. Overall I didn’t feel value for money and was happy that I didn’t get the availability in the first place to stay there for two nights. I find that there are other places in Kazbegi for less price and with better value for money.
