Space, location, comfortable bed, safety, peace, communication with the owner. Ivan allowed us to move in earlier, but we reciprocated by checking out earlier to accommodate the needs of other people who also wanted to check in earlier.
I certainly pull return, this time with my wife.
Suggestions for making stay even better. The cost is minimal.
A new skillet, a toilet brush to clean poop in a commode, inodoro. A plunger since water does not move well. These are necessities.
New bulb in the bedroom facing the street.
Small items easy to fix.

Yvan is a very responsive host with many suggestions of things to do in Miraflores. The property is well located to walk to restaurants, the grocery store and the magnificent park system which parallels the shore. Beds are comfortable, the washing machine (and very rare dryer) are terrific to have. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall a good place.
The apartment is a little tired. There is noise from the busy street below. The lock to the door needs repair work. It is not easy to unlock, from the inside or outside.
