It was clean, well organized, the morning breakfast staff were efficient , and food was better than most. Shower had hot water and accessible rooms had a lot of space. All staff at hotel and casino were very helpful, friendly, and attentive.
Would have like a pool and hot tub. Would be nice if the accessible rooms had more than one king bed. Two Queens would be nice. Also shuttle service needs to be reevaluated. There many elderly and handicapped who just can not access the shuttle service. Pleas consider more accessible transportation for wheelchair and mobility impaired.

Very convent to our event. Nice gas station very close and they have complementary fruit infused water at front welcome center that is awesome!
There could be better direction for bigger vehicles and trailers parking near the building. We were fine in our car, but it would be better for larger suv and trucks to be aware the spaces are limited and no turn around next to or around the building. Can’t wait for all the construction to complete.
