This was our second stay at this homestay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided, including a washing machine, water filter, and other essentials.
The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to Unifi Arena. The check-in process was very easy, with clear instructions provided. Simply unlock the padlock using the access code—completely hassle-free.
There were just a few minor issues. The water heater in the master bedroom wasn't working during our stay. My daughter accidentally locked the master bedroom from the outside in the middle of the night, and we were fortunate to find the spare key. It would also be helpful if instructions on how to operate the TV were provided for guests.

2.公寓里有711提供了一些便利
3.有3个房间，的确可以8人入住
1. 枕头太软!
2. 公寓Parking位只有一个，第2辆车需要付费
3.remote control多数没有电，难控制
4. 第3间房间的门会卡着放在地上的mattress很难关门

It was very nice! Ive stayed at the same area few months back but it was like a normal house, but this owner very go all in to design the place like a proper airbnb. It was very comfortable, with 4 queen size bed, a very very comfy comforter i slept like a baby the whole night. Got aircond in every room and living room. The owner also make it easier to pass through guard, no need to register license like before. Very near to stadium bukit jail/axiata arena/stadium hoki, walking distance only. Definitely will repeat this place again
No instructions to use the tv, it was quite a hassle tryna open a youtube. But other than that, everything is a solid 10
