Everything. Staff were smiling and courteous. Zoya at the reception counter was extremely courteous, warm and helpful. In fact when the waiter at the restaurant was busy elsewhere she herself took our lunch order. Room was well furnished with clean bed sheets, towels, tea coffee maker. Ac was working perfectly fine. Piping hot water for bath with soaps and shower gels. All up to the mark. With the horrible reviews I was getting for other hotels during the kumbh mela period, this hotel was like a godsend.
Room was slightly on the smaller side, although very well furnished and comfortable with all amenities.
