Serene Location

Nothing

Flora, the receptionist, was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The overall experience was great, and having everything available in one place made it very convenient.

Nice view and relatively quiet surrounding

Unfortunately the experience in the restaurant on 5 of my 7 days was not great. Inexperienced waiters that didn’t come for 20 minutes to take my order, „no chilly“ and „no spicy“ requested food that had still spicy ingredients, and a „Classic Italian minestrone“ that was advertised with noodles and vegetables which came as a tomato soup with 3 tiny noodles, no vegetables and cheese. Window in the room leaky which means that during nights the temperature inside also dropped to around 17 degrees. Rooms are facing the hallway which means it’s nearly always noisy because of other guests or the staff. Expect loud door slamming 20-30 times per day. Staff knocking and ringing for 6 times just to tell you things like it is tea time now.
