Great stay!

Very nice and comfortable one-bedroom. Location is ideal for walking around downtown with easy access to Beale Street, but also located near parks and Mississippi River recreation areas. Host provided great amenities in the room. Highly recommend the distillery across the street.

The apartment was very clean and included nice extras like snacks, an extra toothbrush and more. The bed was very comfortable and the location was close to everything we were visiting: Beale Street, AutoZone Park, Sun Studio. The apartment is on the first floor and easy to access from the street. It felt safe as the building requires a key fob for entry and parking is available across the street. The owner charged us 20/day to use her card for the parking garage but the sign in front of the garage said 15/day so it will be cheaper to pay directly if you need parking. Communication about accessing the building and aparment was sent the morning of our arrival but I was unable to access it via the VRBO app until we arrived which caused some confusion and anxiety. Once I was able to access the building and apartment, the parking card was not where I was told it would be and the key fob to enter the building did not work. We were able to contact the owner to locate the parking card but continued to use to the delivery code to enter the building. Not a big deal; just a lot of codes to remember. Overall, this is a great place to stay in downtown Memphis and we would stay again if we ever return to the city.

Hotel rooms can’t compare!! A pool is on on-site too. The only challenge is finding street parking between 7p & 930p or when there’s a popular event happening downtown.
