Lorenzo was an amazing host, helping me and my grandmother with luggage pickup near the parcheggio and even helped out with giving us a lift to the apartment, since my grandmother had problem walking. The staff were friendly and helpful. And don't get me started with the restaurant! It has the most amazing view to eat breakfast and dine. The choices of food and beverages was perfect.
The design of the room was a bit weird but nothing to complain about otherwise.

The location and property were outstanding. I was traveling with my partner and a friend. We needed to attend a wedding for the weekend, and I felt comfortable leaving her behind at the hotel. The amenities were great. We even entertained our cousins from Aquapendente on Monday afternoon. The staff prepared a platter for us, which was perfect.
Nothing, other than I wish we spoke more Italian and I wish the wait staff understood English better. It was a great experience, and I would certainly return the next time I am in Sienna.
