Great location, friendly Georgian host (we communicated through translate), very clean and well stocked for a small weekend stay. Quite small, so wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. Close to restaurants, veg shops, bakeries, and very close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral
We could feel the springs through the mattress - a mattress topper would be great!

The location is amazing, whatever you need its right next to you (shops restaurants and metro bus station)
The bed was old and the springs inside it made it hard to get comfortable on. The floor boards are very creaky and you can hear the footsteps from floor above you. If you are above 5 ft 11 the bed is not for you. Your feet will dangle from the end. The blanket was very thin and the pillows smelled bad. The ac is not inside the bedroom. Its not worth the price its asking for.
