The facilities were spacious and well appointed.

The staff member when I arrived was gratuitously unpleasant. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen.

The daytime front desk staff were really nice. The lady who checked us in explained every amenity to us. At night they were present and available if we needed anything. The pool was clean and the location was perfect for the event we were attending.

Homeless people hanging outside all night so we didn’t feel too safe walking from the car. The parking was limited when we returned late at night. Was only four spaces left around the back of the hotel and we had to walk past a homeless group sitting on the ground in front of the side entrance changing their phone using the outlet attached to the building. We avoided them by walking around to the main entrance but there was another group sitting in the bench at the main entrance. The bench was gone the second night so we didn’t see the group of people. On the last day the desk was empty when I went to check out. A lady came from the back and wasnt as welcoming as the other staff.

Staff was so friendly and felt very cozy.

The room was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need. It was very well thought out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was dicey. There were a few homeless people in the vicinity. My biggest complaint is that the bedsheets were not cotton (polyester blend?) and had static electricity. Also, they charge $11 a day for parking which is a gouge considering it is in a light industrial area where there is plenty of land. Finally, the walls were a little thin so you can hear people in the hallway.
