Location. The atmosphere/design of everything

Very nice lobby, restaurants, bar, valet staff was friendly, good room service.

Valet is the only option they have for parking, paid $120 for parking for 3 days. When trying to check out and leave the hotel. I waited for 30 MINUTES on valet to bring my car up. I would have got it faster myself. I’ll give some slack because this was a Sunday and multiple people were trying to check out. But two staff members came up to me while I was waiting because they noticed me standing there for awhile. So kudos because they noticed. But one of them had to personally take me ticket and personally went to go get my car. Even though it was supposed to be a que already in the system and somehow I was skipped I guess. There was also a dirty tissue on the floor in the room upon checking in.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were lovely and had great view of the Mercedes Benz stadium. Easy walk to Stadium. Super helpful staff once we arrived. Good Food options

I tried to reach a manager or Concierge 7 times the day of my arrival, even left a message the one time someone answered the phone., but no callback. Also the mandatory Valet parking was VERY backed up, and there was not a self parking option. But again, when we did get a bellman, he was super super super nice and helpful, but did not wear a name tag.
