We had a great time! The view of the lake was amazing both from inside and out. We thought parking could get tricky without having a driveway but the short walk to the grassy area wasn’t bad. We just pulled up in front of the house for loading and unloading when necessary. We loved the large island in the kitchen and all of the areas for different groups to sit and spread out in the house. Our biggest challenge was having to walk through the second bedroom to get to the 3rd. It’s really more of 2 bedroom house with the second being great for a group of kids/teens. Overall a great house.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Wawasee and especially appreciated the property’s great location, wonderful neighborhood, and proximity to local restaurants. The host/property manager was extremely kind, accommodating, and responsive. During a storm-related power outage and after a tree fell on the property, they responded quickly and handled both situations efficiently. There were a few aspects of the home that could be improved. The property could have been cleaner upon arrival, and some of the furniture was faded and showing its age. The stairs may be difficult for elderly guests or families with small children. The bedroom layout was not ideal for privacy, as two of the three bedrooms are connected, requiring access through one bedroom to reach the other. The third bedroom was not air-conditioned, and the downstairs struggled to stay cool on hotter days. The second floor, including the shower-only bathroom, could benefit from updates. While we enjoyed our visit, we felt the rental was somewhat overpriced considering the condition of the home and the updates needed. However, the excellent location and outstanding responsiveness of the host helped make our stay a positive experience overall.

Great house. Sandy bottom at pier. Ample parking. Many bath and beach towels. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and modern. Easy check in and responsive host.

Great gathering place and lake house for guests at our wedding. Tam is great with communication, and the views are amazing. Highly recommend!
