Clean, close to town, helpful

Fantastic location, lovely staff, great room and front porch and amazing value for money
There was no hot water for showers, no typical blankets were provided only thick woven ones (like the decorative kind that aren’t typically washed in hotels - I’m not saying they didn’t wash these each time just that it’s reminiscent of those). There is also a cockerel roaming around in front of the rooms that is very loud as ungodly hours of the morning.
Also building works at the time we stayed which was a bit of a noise nuisance
