Fantastic location. Great open apartment with loads of room and of course the balcony and views.
Stairs/carpet outside flat are worn and dangerous

The location is perfect. Big space and a small but perfectly formed balcony.
A few things could be upgraded to make it perfect.

Wonderfully located, fantastic interior, very comfortable bed, views of the sea.
Nothing. It’s a penthouse, so there are stairs up to it, but as long as you’re in the normal bounds of fitness that’s ok. And in return you get the views.
