Good beach access, nice condo, great neighborhood. Kitchen items needs restocked — a lot missing but likely not the owners fault. We will be back.

This unit is older and very small. We had 6 adults and 2 children under 3. There wasn't enough room for the pack n play to fit comfortably in the bedroom. My daughter and her husband decided to sleep on the pull out couch and let the kids have the bedroom. There were no linens and we had to request them. It was so uncomfortable that neither got any sleep the whole trip. The kitchen was extremely small with no pantry and all accessories were old plastic (worn plastic bowls, plastic drinkware, plates etc.) Cookwear was very used and scratched non stick pans. We had to request potholders and steak knives because there weren't any. The master bath shower allowed water to pool into the floor from the door after the shower. The toilet was extremely small for adults. The furniture on the balcony appeared old and very worn. The view was nice.The pool was nice, especially for little ones. There is no eating or drinking allowed by the pool and you must have your yellow property bands at all times. There were 2 very nice gas grills available for grilling. Water and utensils were provided at the grilling area. Elevators were very fast and good parking. We did not feel that we received a quality stay for the price we paid.
