Breakfast could be more authentic and less standardised. Karpaz has a lot to offer in terms of authentic taste... should be more exciting :) Location is fantastic and evenings in Karpaz is special because of the clarity of the sky and the amazing appearance of the stars. That could be highlighted more by turning the lights off at a certain hour to observe that even for a short time... Humble opinion :)

The customer service was amazing, the location, breakfast and overall food. In addition the beach and deck area was fantastic 🙏🏻
Although our room was superb the pillows and mattress in our room were uncomfortable. Pillows huge and mattress very soft.

Money not worth is for a five stars hotel.
Issues with the shades in the room.
One window without so 630 in the morning the sun was all in.
