The best thing about this property is the location......beach front! If that's what you want, it's perfect. It's been on this beach for decades and it's starting to show it's age. But if you can look past it's age, the basics are there. Just don't expect new and luxury.

Me and my family of four , plus a small dog we’re looking for a stay ON the beach, not a drive or short walk. We found it in our recent stay.
Perfect location , comfortable sleeping arrangements, quality kitchen set up (we cook all our meals ), all made for a relaxing week!
We will revisit!

Location was ideal right on the beach. Inside of house nicely updated and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice thick towels in bathroom too. There were new plastic Adirondack chairs on deck, very comfortable.

Location is fantastic! Cottage is just as pictured. There were however some issues I feel should be addressed.
1. No linens for sofa bed. I brought some just in case.
2. Only 4 chairs for dining table not 6 like shown in pictures.
3. Leg on dining table was broken. Was very loose.
4. One of the chairs on porch was broken and couldn't be used.
I understand that many people rent the cottage and things become damaged. These issues won't keep us from renting again. We love the cottage! Look forward to coming next year.
