Central to everything. Queen vic markets the street over, Melbourne central and the different malls down the street. Rooms were clean and had an amazing gorgeous view. Was amazing at night to chill.
There was a lot of marks everywhere on the walls.
Elevator system took very long to wait for. Air conditioning was not working properly so it was very warm in the apartment during the day.

Excellent location near QV markets and many K-town restaurants. Also close to supermarket.
The apartment is looking old and is in desperate need of a paint job. All walls are heavily marked. However, the apartment itself was clean.
