Great location, clean and plenty of room. Will be back next year

Not only was the apartment itself very clean and accurate to the photos posted within the apartment, but it is right across from everything you may need. Groceries, convenient stores, restaurants, and more. It is a block away from a beach entry point, which does have a sand shower at the end of it. The photos outside of the apartment are inaccurate to the listing itself, but while the surroundings aren’t as visually pleasing, it is the most useful and futility location one can ask for. The apartment itself offers high quality amenities, plenty of hot water, and the owners respond quick. 10/10 would book again.

Great location. Right across the street from a Publix grocery store and a small strip mall with a Dollar store, small liquor store, restaurant and a CVS pharmacy. It’s a very short 5 minute walk to the beach. Plunge Resort is right there on the beach and open to the public. Nice small menu and a fun tiki style bar! The unit was very clean. Good communication with the hosts. Could’ve used a few more towels for the kitchen to dry dishes. Didn’t have any potholders and the frying pans definitely need to be replaced. They look like they’ve been there for years. It was on the second floor in case someone has trouble with stairs. Washer and dryer were in a small room on the main level. Pretty dirty and messy in there but it served our purpose. It was nice that you didn’t need and coins. Downloaded an app to start both washer and dryer and pay. It was very convenient.! I would recommend this place for its location and price compared to other places. BTW it took us about 15 minutes to get to Aruba/ Anglins Pier. A nice leisurely walk.

The place is in a great location, but the building is VERY run down. Limited supplies in unit, Towels are very worn and old, no cleaning supplies available, it’s very loud outside while you sleep. washer and Dryer are in a very small filthy location. But the unit it self is clean and updated except one bathroom.
