It was not stated that there is no lift. I got the room at 3rd floor without lift with baggages. Not recomended for those with alot of luggage. Airconds provided but all not cold. We had misserable nights during summer in Aug 2026. Call the hose the answer given aircond is running it's just weather asthough we have not used airconds in our country.
No lift. Highest floor. Airconds should be well service before you sell your rooms.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring Florence. It was easy to walk to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés.
Communication was clear, and the self check-in process was straightforward, although we never met the host in person. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, so it may not be the best choice for travelers with heavy luggage or limited mobility.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found it to be a good base for exploring the city

The location…..was solo so glad it was situated on an open street for security going in at night…..bedroom good size and comfy. Guy in office so, so helpful.
Stairs four flights no lift….. shower tiny,
Tv in living space tiny, and couch a sofa bed I know but very grubby looking……so had to put a sheet over it to sit down and even then so uncomfortable.
