Communication from Susanna was first class. Everything made easy, checking in was made easy with step by step instruction and even how to travel to the accommodation. Very good standard throughout the appartment and all of the facilities you will need are available. The view from the appartment is breath taking on the 8th floor with lift access. The area is typical Spanish Quarter and safe with no issues day or evening. The metro is close and good to access all areas of Naples and beyond. Really enjoyable stay and would stay again without hesitation.

Widok z balkonu cudowny. Po południu na balkonie nie ma już słońca i można w upał odpocząć. Apartament w biednej i brudnej dzielnicy, ale było bezpiecznie i dla nas było OK. Klimatyzacja bardzo sprawna, jest w każdym pokoju. Lodówka dobrze chłodziła, duża kabina prysznicowa. Dookoła mnóstwo małych sklepików, duży i tani supermarket na stacji Montesanto - tylko 350m. Obok tej stacji targ rybny i restauracja serwująca owoce morza - Pescheria Azzurra. Wcześniej, 200 metrów do stacji linii metra 2 skąd można dojechać do dworca głównego na Garibaldi– 2 przystanki. Wszystkie zabytki można zwiedzić na piechotę. Oceniam na 7 a nie na 10 ze względu na dziwną gospodynię Susannę, która lubi się wymądrząć i kłócić ze swoimi gościmi. W minusach niżej opisałem.

Słaby internet, musiałem korzystać ze swojego w telefonie. UWAGA: szklany blat stołu jest nieprzytwierdzony, przy opieraniu się może spaść na nogi i na podłogę. Ten stół powinien być zabrany, ktoś zrobi sobie kalectwo. Susanna jest bardzo dziwna, byliśmy w 3 osoby na 7 nocy, w apartamencie były 2 prześcieradła na 2 łóżka i 2 prześcieradła do przykrycia się. Poprosiłem o 3 prześcieradło dla 3 osoby. Susanna odpowiedziała aż w 4 wiadomościach, że moja prośba jest nietypowa, że jasno pokreśla, że to nie jest jej błąd, zaczęła mnie nękać wiadomościami. W końcu dostarczyła brakujące prześcieradło, dlatego daję ocenę 7 a nie 1.

+ location + balcony + check-in process + elevator for free + water in the fridge + black cat downstairs was my highlight. Very sweet. Nothing to do with apartment, but very cute.

- shit in the toilet which we have to clean up by arrival - very dirty. my white socks were black at the first evening. The layer of dust in the glass tables… - city tax, which is written in the booking is not the right one. Please be aware! - messages from the host in the night (23:30-00:30) about noise in our room and that the lady downstairs is complaining about it. What should I say? We were literally just existing in the apartment after a long day, our stuff was packed, I have no idea what was wrong on that evening. Please make sure you get&put some carpets on the floor, so you do not have to contact your guests in the midnight with the problem, which you have created by yourself. Less for the comfort of the guests, but more for the comfort of the old lady, which is living downstairs. Right now it is only luxury for cleaning, which was not set in place (black socks). In all non-luxury 3-star-hotels, which I had visited, were carpets everywhere on the floor. “Luxury” has other meaning in our opinion.
