The apartment is in a great location and has plenty of convenient amenities. However, several major downsides seriously impacted our vacation.

Do not be fooled by the balcony: 90% of the time, you will have to keep it tightly shut. Right beneath the apartment, there is a massive industrial AC unit belonging to the supermarket. The noise is absolutely deafening—honestly, it feels like it should be illegal. The bed is highly uncomfortable: Despite the host's insistence in previous reviews that it is a full-sized bed, it lacks a headboard/backrest. This makes it very awkward to sleep on, and thats why it actually feels quite short. The automatic light in the kitchen is a terrible design choice: In a small studio apartment like this, it is impossible to go to the bathroom at night without the motion sensor triggering this bright light and waking everyone up. A manual light switch is urgently needed here.
