The price was right. The house is adequate and clean. Location was perfect.
Central Air would keep in cooler . Only room that really gets uncomfortable is the kitchen when you cook. Also TVs in bedroom would be a plus .

Prime location with easy access to the beach. Very great price and family friendly. This is our second year staying here. Have another family friend of ours who are possibly staying in one of the other units next year with us.
Would be nice to have televisions in the bedrooms.

We loved the location because it was a walking distance from the beach and the boardwalk. Both bedrooms and the living room had individual AC units as well as ceiling fans. Kitchen had only a ceiling fan, so occasionally it was a little bit hot. Everything seemed to be recently renovated and clean. Property manager Robin was outstanding, very quick to respond and extremely helpful in every regard.
There was no way to hang clothes. Each bedroom had a good sized dresser to put things away, but there were no hooks, racks or hangers etc. to hang my dresses. Shower was big and clean, but I would have liked to have a shelf or bench inside to put my toiletries on, I just kept everything on the floor.

Directions were smooth to obtain the keys. The distance to the boardwalk and the beach was short. Overall, cleanliness was fine. However, read on for more.
We cut our stay one day short and cut our losses because of the horrible noise situation. Be aware that you are across from the bars on the boardwalk, so you will hear music throughout the night. The house is right by the main street and surrounded by two other houses, so you will hear automobile screeches and late-night partyers yelling. The floor is not very soundproof. You hear almost everything from above you. The noise from upstairs was communicated to the property owner. However, given the foundation of the house, there's not much to do.
