As Busan is quite a piece of land the location near several metro lines is ideal. The landlady is very helpfull with mother like attitude and though she cannot speak English she is proficient with translation app and I particularly liked talking to her :)

The shared restroom for the single room is available through few steps in the yard which is somewhat less comfortable but very authentic, especially if you are interested in everyday life of a Korean family.

I like the place because was close to the event I need to go in 연제중학교 for a test, and the bed was comfortable and the heat blanket was amazing, and the host seems trying to helpful even not speaking English.

Didn't have much clear instructions for check-in before arrival, so when I arrived there for a few minutes, went to the supermarket to pass the time because I was 30 minutes earlier than I said that I'd arrive. Had a little problem with the air conditioner so I basically need to wait a bit waiting them to fix, the problem was they was stepping on my bed to fix the air conditioner. And the wi-fi writing on the wall had wrong passport, or at least not written correctly. And was so cold the toilet...

Restrictions to the water heater usage. only from 9am to 9pm. host mentioned that hot water available only from 9am to 9 pm, which is not practical. any time before 9am will be freezing water. I did not try before 9am to wash up as so obedient to listen to the host. The host mentioned that I should have informed her earlier. If you have set the rules, why tell me that I should have informed you that I want to go out earlier? washing of clothes restricted to morning or afternoon as it will be noisy at night. if we do the washing, then we cannot go out and explore. No toiletries provide, or detergent for laundry. have to spend money to buy. I have booked to stay for 6 nights but have given up 3 nights due to the restrictions and inconvenience. A bit disappointed with the rules and regulations.
