Really good location, being literally 5 mins walk from the action while being on a relatively quiet side street.

I couldn’t really work out where some of the noise was coming from but there seems to be all kinds of activities and maybe even functions going on in the surrounding buildings but it does seem to quiet down late evening.

Very clean, nicely renovated apartment located in a hilly but lovely area of Lisbon. Customer service was exceptional!

The stairs going up to the second floor are very steep for carrying luggage (a typical trait in these style of homes) so a handrail would be good, the bedroom and bathroom are very small.

We really loved the location – everything was within easy walking distance, including the train station, metro, city centre and ferry terminals. The check-in instructions were quite long, but clear and easy to follow. We really liked having a small kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We also really appreciated the complimentary brunch – it was such a lovely and thoughtful touch!

Since there is no air conditioning in the apartment, it was quite hot, especially as the bedroom has no window. Sleeping with another window open wasn’t ideal either, as there was a lot of noise from the nearby bar and from glass bottles being thrown into the containers outside. It would also be helpful to have some shelves or other space in the bedroom for personal belongings. Another small issue was the coffee machine – it wasn’t clear which type of coffee capsules it uses, and we couldn’t find any similar ones in the nearby shops.

The location was really good. I liked that you could use your phone to control the door, but maybe a bit unsafe/ inconvenient if you lose your phone or run out of charge. The management were nice.

I did not think this property was good value for the price. The apartment we were given was smaller than the one bedroom apartment advertised in the photo and there was barely any room to put our luggage. The bathroom also had a big centipede in it when we arrived. It is also up very narrow stairs so probably not recommended for anyone with mobility difficulties. I noticed that some guests mentioned they were given a complimentary breakfast, seems a bit unfair if not offered to all guests.
