This place was really peaceful, clean and beautiful,It had everything we needed.Kitchen was equipped with everything,we loved all the blankets they had and the game boards. Everything about this place is amazing, we can't wait to come back! We did the kayak at Yippie Kayo Kayaks, it was rocky but fun (take a cooler with waters) it was nice it was our favorite one because it was a bit more challenging,we also did Beavers Bend River Floats, it was more of a slow calm kayaking.

Property was exactly like it was advertised.

We had 2 families stay while attending a softball tournament in town. The location was perfect and had everything we could need! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property host advertised that no animals were allowed, however, service animals were. My friend has a service animal. I wasn’t sure if she could make it or not until last minute and sure enough she made it. I know the difference between an emotional support animal and an actual service animal. We had documentation to prove that. When I asked if he needed it, he said documents weren’t necessary and regardless he was going to charge additional fees because no animals were allowed. He said, “You should have never arrived at the property with an animal the day of.” That absolutely ruined the entire trip and then proceeded to say that we still needed to clean the property. 1) put towels in the wash, 2) pull sheets off the mattress, 3) load the dishwasher and place them back in the cabinets, and etc, when he already charged a generous cleaning fee. What was the point of the cleaning fee if it felt like we were already cleaning up half the cabin? 4 days after him realizing he couldn’t get us for that additional charge, I get an email saying that I was being charged for damages and incidentals. Absolutely not! There were no damages from the adults at the cabin nor from my friend’s service dog. We were in no way destructive or disrespectful to his property. I was refraining from writing a negative review to ensure he kept his property in good standing but after he was trying to charge for something that we didn’t do, that was the last straw.
