The place was good. It met my needs. It looks worn and could use some updating. My biggest issue was both locks on the unit door were inadequate for safety. The lock on the knob was quite wiggly so it was difficult to align the key. The dead bolt on the inside of the door was missing two screws so it was hanging by a thread. The host was very responsive and polite, he let me check in a bit early which I appreciated. I used the laundry facilities two times and things worked great. I used to live in the vicinity so was already familiar with this lovely, quiet neighborhood in Montgomery County.

Nice location on the main line and the listing represents the place accurately. The climate control works well, and the unit is comfortable. Some of the interior is a bit dated and dirty looking, and the primary bedroom bed is squeaky and otherwise a bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable, homey apartment in a very convenient neighborhood, just 5 minutes away from our family. The host was very communcative and made finding the place, parking, arrival and departure easy. The weather was hot and humid,so the air conditioners in each room were kind of loud, especially in the living room, but very welcome. Bathroom was a little dated, but everything was clean and in good working order.
