No breakfast but location was perfect for me.
Clean thoroughly, only if they can get serious workers or matured women who will take care of the place.

Didn't opt for Breakfast. The location is fair
Parking space very small, parking in front/back of each other. Not safe at all for any emergencies. Shower door not closing properly and water spilling all over the floor. No shower mat or tower provided.
