The Haven

The place was chill and quiet, the breakfast was great and handmade, when we arrived we got the welcome ice lemon tea.

The cut off the water. When we just arrived there was no water, it was okay for us because we jr entered. The stuff helped us to open the water. But when we came back from outside at 23:30, there was no water again, i tried to reach out to the stuff via WhatsApp there was no answer, so my husband had to go out to knock the door of the stuff to get the water opened, it was such waste of our time, we were tired and we just wanted the shower.

Loved absolutely everything about our stay from start to finish! The accommodation was incredibly clean and in the perfect location, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to easily get around the island. There were lots of great food options nearby and the beach was also within easy reach. The accommodation offered us different transport options, and we decided to use bicycles for our trip, which were fantastic for getting around. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, but most of all, the service was exceptional. All of the staff were so polite, welcoming, and attentive. Ellen was honestly amazing. My partner fell poorly with a cold after our stay in Canggu, and she was so caring and thoughtful. She even brought him hot ginger tea in the mornings to help him feel better, which was such a lovely personal touch. I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! ❤️

The haven est très sympa, spacieuse La salle de bain extérieure est très grande avec double vasque Lit King size très confortable Grande piscine et profonde Le ménage est fait tous les jours Le petit déjeuner est correct Il y a un frigo avec des boissons (eau soda bière) cependant le personnel nous a fait payé plus que ce que nous avions réellement consommé je n’ai pas trouvé ça hyper juste

Nous avons été déçu car la villa ne ressemble pas aux photos cela mériterait une grosse remise en état notamment au niveau de l’extérieur Le Jardin n’est pas très jolie beaucoup de terre il serait plus sympa d’y mettre des galets ou plus de plantes Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des transats car les matelas étaient moisis et trempés et il n’y avait pas possibilité d’avoir des matelas sec et propre Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais la communication peut être difficile et ne sont pas toujours très agréable Les vélos sont mis à disposition mais ne sont pas dans un très bon état
